You pay for work, not for seats
No subscriptions and no licences to count. Agents bill for what they actually do, itemised to the cent — and one that sits idle costs nothing.

What tasks cost in practice
What tasks have cost in practice
Examples, not a rate card. What you actually spend depends on how much work each job involves — a long research job costs more than a quick answer.
The busiest agent we run — briefing every morning, closing out meetings and chasing what is outstanding — bills under $100 a month. A part-time hire costs thousands.
Questions
How does pricing work?
You load a dollar balance and agents draw it down as they work. Spend is reported in dollars and broken down by agent and by model, so you can see which agent is costing what and stop one that is not earning its keep. The balance is money rather than tokens or credits, so there is no conversion rate to reason about, and nothing is ever charged beyond what you have loaded.
How much does a typical task cost?
These are estimates from our own use rather than prices we charge. A chat message has tended to come to around $0.10, a three-step workflow such as capturing a screenshot and posting it to Slack around $0.40, and company research written up and emailed around $1.50 — and the busiest agent we run — daily briefing, meeting follow-ups and chasers — bills under $100 a month. Your own figures will differ, because cost follows the model you choose and how much work each task actually takes.
Does my balance expire?
Funds you load remain in your account indefinitely — no monthly minimum and nothing to use or lose. Promotional credit is the one exception: it carries an expiry date, and it is always spent before your own balance.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Everything pauses — scheduled workflows, chat and agent actions all stop rather than running up a bill. Add funds and it resumes where it left off. Auto-recharge avoids the situation entirely by topping up at a threshold you choose, up to a monthly limit you set.
Can I try it first?
Yes. New accounts are given starter credits to evaluate Queryables — enough to run several workflows and test integrations without a payment method. It is promotional credit, so it carries an expiry date.
Can I use my own AI API keys?
Not currently. We run the AI for you, so there are no keys to manage, no rate limits to worry about, and one bill for all of it.
What AI models do you use?
The leading models from major AI providers, chosen for each job: a stronger model for the hard reasoning, a faster one for summarising. As better models are released, jobs move to them.
